PULSE INDUCTION

The AlgoForce E1500 is a pulse induction metal detector that excels at locating very small gold nuggets in often complex mineralised soils found in most goldfields. Developed in Australia by AlgoForce Pty Ltd, it harnesses patented Ultra-Fine pulse induction technology, which is capable of detecting even the tiniest of gold nuggets. This sensitivity matches that of VLF gold detectors in low mineral soils, but being a PI detector, it has a bigger advantage in highly mineralised terrains.

TARGET IDENTIFICATION

Traditionally, Pulse Induction metal detectors do not provide target ID, a number on the screen giving you an idea of what the item is before you dig it... however that has changed with the AlgoForce E1500. By using the pin point button you can scan over your target to get a target ID.

What's most interesting and exciting is that early users of the Algo Force have reported consistent target ID's for lead shot, the most common target found in the search for gold, that historically has been indistinguishable from small gold nuggets! We were sceptical but the Detect-Ed team put it to the test, and after 4 days in the Victorian goldfields with the E1500, we can confirm - it's true.

COLLAPSIBLE & LIGHT

The AlgoForce E1500 sports a fully carbon fiber shaft that telescopes down for storage and travel, and for close quarters detecting (as pictured), if you're scanning the side wall of a gulley, it's super handy to be able to shorten the detector and comfortably switch from scanning to digging.

Shortening to just 65 cm, the Algo Force E1500 can be easily adjusted to your preffered length! Plus the coil can be rotated independently from the alignment of the Control pod to achieve a more ergonomic swing or to achieve a flat-packed form factor for storage or easy carrying while you trek through the bush.

MANY COIL OPTIONS

Never before has there been so many coil options for a detector! The E1500 is compatible with any of the extensive list of 5 Pin GP/SD/GPX Mono Coils (Excluding GPX6000 Coils). Meaning there's SO many coils in production for it, most notably Coiltek and Nugget Finder Coils plus decades of additional compatible options. The AlgoForce can use any of the coils made for the GPX4500, GPX5000 for example.

For a new detector to launch into the market with so many coil options available from the get-go, it's very exciting to think prospectors can take their pick (pun intended) and get out there with their preferred setup for their application.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS THE ALGOFORCE E1500 AUSTRALIAN?

Yes, the Algoforce E1500 Pulse Induction Metal Detector is designed & assembled in Australia by ALGOFORCE PTY LTD.

WHICH COILS CAN I USE WITH THE ALGOFORCE E1500?

You can use any of the Mono GP / SD / GPX* Coils (Also referred to as Legacy Coils) with a 5-Pin Connector. *Excludes GPX 6000 Coils.

DO I NEED TO USE A BATTERY PACK WITH THE E1500?

Yes, The AlgoForce E1500 does not contain a battery in the control pod, therefore you must plug in an external battery pack (sold seperately) which can be mounted under the arm rest with the straps provided. You can use any USB power bank with the AlgoForce.

HOW DOES THE E1500 HANDLE MINERALISED GROUND?

By using Pulse Induction, the E1500 is very stable in highly mineralised ground (often referred to as "Hot Ground") and can run stably in many environments where VLF detectors would be completely overwhelmed.

On the topic of stability, from our testing, the Algo Force can also be used in suburban areas, under poerlines and even in doors! This is incredible news as it will open up so many new spots around the country where Pulse Inductions have not previously been able to operate!
