Use the easy menus to change a variety of settings including but not limited to discrimination (to ignore iron) sensitivity, volume, and the built in flashlight.

It boasts pre-set search modes, including a beach mode, in a very easy-to-use, single menu design, whether you are searching for coins, artifacts, or jewellery on land or underwater.

RUGGED TELESCOPIC DESIGN

The collapsible design of the Simplex BT's design makes it easy to travel with or store when not in use. Easily fit it in the back of the car, in a sports bag or a dedicated metal detector backpack, telescoping down to 63cm.

The overall build quality, as designed by Nokta features a rugged, dustproof and waterproof (to 5m)durable construction to survive all environments.

The construction of the Simplex BT inherits all the best features of the original Simplex which came before, well known for being rugged, solidly waterproof and extremely reliable, while boasting an even lighter and sleeker profile.

The Simplex has had almost no leaks reported in its over 3 year history with countless thousands of these detectors being used across the world. This means your Simplex BT will be just as at home in or out of the water (down to the recommended 5m of course).

HOW DOES THE SIMPLEX BT COMPARE WITH OTHER METAL DETECTORS?

The Simplex BT metal detector is a beginner friendly, great value, fully waterproof (even today, many metal detectors aren't actually waterproof!) metal detector. It's also packed with a few extra, powerful features that you'd expect to find on more advanced metal detectors that you can use right away or grow into over time.

DO I NEED TO UPDATE THE SIMPLEX BT WITH THE LATEST SOFTWARE VERSION?

The team here at Detect-Ed Australia constantly ensure that all of our metal detecting stock is fully updated whenever a new software version is released for any product, meaning you get the most up to date gear when you buy from us. 

You don't need to ensure that the metal detector is fully updated in order to use it. Any software updates that launch are purely optional, adding and improving features or tweaking existing ones.
