The VortexPro’s base features 24 precision-engineered step-rings that create controlled friction along the bowl floor. As water spirals inward, these micro steps interrupt the gold’s momentum and force it to fight its way up each ring—dramatically reducing its chance of climbing toward the centre cone. The result? More fine gold stays where it belongs—at the bottom.

We’ve increased water flow capacity by 68% by extending the height of the bowl’s walls. This added vertical space allows for more aggressive flow and greater vortex pressure without spilling over—perfect for faster processing and handling coarser concentrates without sacrificing the dynamics and control needed for finer gold.

The VortexPro features a built-in jet nozzle—engineered directly into the bowl’s inlet—to deliver smooth, balanced inflow straight into the vortex system. Below that, a custom thread converter comes pre-fitted, acting as a sacrificial part to absorb stress and protect the bowl from damage if overtightened. If it cracks, simply swap it out—far better than cracking the entire bowl, which is exactly what happens with most other bowl designs. All plumbing components come pre-installed and ready to go. Just connect a standard garden hose 16mm female coupling, or grab the optional pump and hose kit for a complete, recirculation plug-and-play setup.

The VortexPro features an overhauled leg system designed for total control and reliability. A guided rail system allows you to slide each leg in or out to perfectly match the size of your bucket—making it compatible with nearly all 10L to 20L buckets straight out of the box. Every unit includes a precision leg levelling kit for quick, accurate setup on any surface, plus disc lockers that lock the level into place. Once set, your bowl stays perfectly balanced and firmly secured. No more wobbles, no more tipping—just a stable, locked-in system that performs wherever you use it.

Every curve, edge, and surface of the VortexPro has been tested, refined, and purpose-built to create a high-performance vortex system. From the wall slopes to the cone taper, the geometry supports controlled flow, smooth material movement, and maximum gold retention. After 34 revisions and 125 days of development, this isn’t guesswork—it’s gold recovery dialled in to the decimal.

The redesigned top rim features a 25mm vertical wall and an inner lip that works together to catch surging water and redirect it back toward the centre. While it deliberately interrupts the vortex at extreme flow levels, this controlled disruption increases outflow capacity and reduces splash, helping you push the limits without losing gold—or your temper.

To bring our design to life, every VortexPro is manufactured using a commercial-grade $5K 3D printer—delivering exceptional accuracy, consistency, and surface quality. This process gives us complete control over fit and finish, allowing us to match the exact specifications developed through testing.
